How we make our P.ala Montecarlo

1. Material Selection

The P.ala Montecarlo White padel racket is crafted from 100% Carbon Fiber for the frame and a EVA Memory Core for the internal core. Carbon fiber provides an optimal balance of lightness, strength, and durability, allowing players to generate powerful shots while maintaining control. The EVA Memory Core enhances shock absorption and offers stable performance, ensuring a comfortable playing experience and better control over long periods.

2. Shape

The Montecarlo White features a round-shaped design. This shape is ideal for players who want control. It provides a combination of control and power, making it suitable for beginner to intermediate players who want to improve their overall game while being able to perform a variety of shots with confidence.

3. Drilling Pattern

The racket's clean cut hole distribution is designed to improve ball control. The precise arrangement with no holes in the center  allow for better grip on the ball and more consistent responses when hitting. This pattern optimizes the sweet spot, making it easier for players to achieve a controlled shot, even on off-center hits.

4. Frame

The frame of the P.ala Montecarlo White is made entirely of carbon fiber, ensuring that it is firm and stable while also remaining relatively lightweight. 7. Assembly Process

The manufacturing of the Montecarlo White begins with carefully molding the carbon fiber frame and combining it with the EVA Memory Core.  After assembly, the racket is baked to set the structure and ensure its durability.

Once the frame and core are fully bonded, the holes are drilled into the striking surface, and the edges are shaped to create the final design.
